On-Site Fuel Delivery Process

We have developed an on-site fuel delivery process that gets fuel to you quickly and efficiently, so you don’t experience any downtime. Our on-site fuel service is offered 24/7. Our fuel delivery service process involves the following steps to get fuel to your site on time:

Step 1: One of our Haz-Mat Certified drivers delivers the fuel to your site. We offer Ultra Low Sulfur Clear and Dyed Diesel & Gasoline’s.
Step 2: Our onboard computers relay unit/tank information gathered using our proprietary RFID Handheld readers that validate and record all of your fleet’s data. We use RFID technology to combat the ease of barcode theft.
Step 3: The next step involves filling the tank and electronically capturing the fuel quantities. Auto shut-off nozzles insure 90% fueling capacity and our computer system can have select volume controls by vehicle.
Step 4: At the completion of fueling each vehicle, your vehicle data is uploaded to Schmidt & Sons Portal, which is retrieved for invoicing. Your invoices are then emailed and/or processed by your selected third party billing vendor the next morning. You always have access to your information via our portal and if needed a monthly report can be generated.
